π Roles and Permissions Redesign Changed
System Admin role is now App Manager. All permissions are preserved with two key updates:
- App Managers now have access to unlisted sites
- Permissions moved from "Privileges" to new "Access Control" a part of ABAC
π Salesforce Reports Changed
Salesforce reports are moving from Salesforce to Simpplr One within Analytics. If you were using Salesforce reports, contact Support to request them during the upgrade to have them automatically sent to you and explore reporting abilities within Analytics.
π External File Integration Updates Changed
Search now includes all accessible files, not just files in connected folders. Permissions for files are managed exclusively by the external file system - no more Simpplr-managed permissions.

Will there be any features in Simpplr One that would allow us to add content to a public site but restrict access so only a select group can view it, or will this only be possible by the existing option which is to link to files via an integration like SharePoint and Google which have existing permissions in place?
