• Improvements

  Core intranet

  Personalized email can now be enabled at the application level by App managers, allowing intranet admins to toggle on and off personalized email. It will be on by default with weekly emails scheduled, but can be enabled and disabled in Manage > Application > Setup > Emails. When enabled at the app level, End users will still maintain control of whether they receive personalized emails.

  In addition to displaying recent JIRA tickets on app tiles, you can now showcase tickets using custom JQL queries with the JIRA tile. App and Site managers can easily add the Display tickets using JQL tile to home or site dashboards, selecting it from a library of pre-built app tiles. Learn more about app tiles

  Native video: We've added a References section in video details to show everywhere in the intranet this particular video is being displayed.

  Employee Newsletter: To address the challenge of newsletter performance monitoring, we've introduced a new newsletter analytics performance dashboard. Newsletter managers often struggle to understand how their content resonates with their audience over time. Previously, newsletter managers did not have access to detailed or continuous metrics, making it difficult to refine their strategies effectively. This dashboard addresses the need for ongoing performance tracking and data analysis. It tracks: Hero metrics such as: Newsletters sent + Comparison, average open rate + Comparison (open emails/sent emails) and average clickthrough rate + Comparison (unique clicks/sent emails) A chart showing performance over time A sent newsletters table that provides: Dimensions: Newsletter name Date sent Recipients (Count of recipients) Metrics Open rate Clickthrough rate Features Show more button (load 25 more newsletters)

  Bug fixes

  • • Feed posts are showing up blank when searched
    • Sometimes hitting the Enter key does not trigger the search
    • iPhone app code at footer not working
    • Celebrations tile not displaying work anniversaries
    • When tapping on MS Teams icon in mobile, it brings up "unknown user" error in the chat window
    • Must reads - Employee response is not registering and email is being sent without emails being active
    • Language invalid error from SCIM provisioning 
    • Images in content don't hold their set size
    • Page category with no pages is showing up on page
    • People analytics widget 'Feed posts and content comments' reports one user made feed post but the feature is disabled
