Simpplr Support Portal Onboarding – Whitelisting Domains

Updated 4 months ago

Overview

Simpplr has upgraded its support portal to an enhanced and improved platform.
When onboarding users to the Simpplr Support Portal, organizations operating within private or restricted network environments must ensure that required domains are accessible.
If users are behind VPNs, firewalls, or other network security controls, certain domains must be whitelisted to enable access to the support portal and authentication services.

Network Configuration for the Simpplr Support Portal

When setting up the Simpplr Support Portal, ensure that end users within a private network environment have the required domain access.

If users are behind VPNs (such as Zscaler), firewalls, or other network security controls, specific domains must be whitelisted to allow access to the support portal and authentication services.

Prerequisites

Before deploying the Simpplr Support Portal, verify the following:

  • Confirm whether your organization uses a VPN solution such as Zscaler or Cisco AnyConnect

  • Check whether corporate firewalls are in place

  • Determine whether network access is restricted by default

Required Domain Whitelist

To ensure full functionality of the Simpplr Support Portal, whitelist the following domains in your network security configuration.
