Survey AI Insights helps you understand employee feedback by automatically analyzing open-text responses and presenting structured, actionable insights.
AI Insights is available across both tabs on the Survey Reporting page:
Overview tab → Comment Analysis in the Scores table, Comment Summary, and Suggested Actions
Comments tab → Net Sentiment KPI, Topics from Comments, and Detailed Topic Analysis
Net Sentiment = Positive % − Negative %
Positive % = (Positive / (Positive + Negative + Neutral)) × 100
Negative % = (Negative / (Positive + Negative + Neutral)) × 100
Instead of manually reviewing large volumes of comments, AI Insights identifies patterns, summarizes feedback, and highlights areas that require attention so you can focus on taking action.

Users see only the relevant subset of survey data.
Some AI insights may not be displayed if:
There is insufficient data.
Privacy thresholds are not met.
AI Insights may take longer to process:
Very large surveys (for example, surveys with 8,000 or more comments).
Surveys containing multiple comments longer than 500 characters.
In addition:
AI interpretations may vary slightly.
AI Insights works best when:
There is a sufficient number of comments.
Comments contain meaningful detail (more than three words).
If AI Insights is turned off:
Survey results remain available.
However, surveys that were not processed by AI will not include:
Sentiment analysis
Topics and themes
AI summaries
Recommended actions
If AI processing was previously completed for a survey, its AI Insights remain available for viewing.
To ensure privacy and trust, AI will not:
Identify individuals when fewer than four responses are available.
Infer sensitive personal attributes (for example, religion or political views).
Make decisions on your behalf.
