The Hubspot connector allows Simpplr Enterprise Search to index your HubSpot CRM content, making it easily discoverable and searchable directly within Simpplr, alongside all other configured sources.
With this connector, you can:
Search HubSpot contacts, companies, deals, and tickets directly within Simpplr.
Search HubSpot with permissions enforced — for contacts, companies, deals, and tickets, results are filtered to records the signed-in user already has permission to view in HubSpot.
Search results and AI-generated summaries from HubSpot appear alongside all other connected sources in Simpplr.

Engagements (notes, calls, emails, meetings, tasks) do not get ingested in this version.
