Landing Pages let you create tailored experiences for different audiences across your organization. From a centralized management screen, you can create new pages, assign audience visibility, and design content using an intuitive visual builder. Built-in draft management, automatic saving, device previews, and publishing controls make it easy to create and maintain landing pages with confidence.
Landing pages are managed from a new screen:
Go to Manage > Landing pages
This screen lists every landing page in your environment along with its audience, creation and modification details, and its current status (for example, Published or Draft).
Select Create on the Manage landing pages screen to open the Create landing page dialog, where you define the page's identity:
Field | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|
Landing page icon and title | Yes | The icon and label displayed for this landing page in navigation. |
Landing page URL | Yes | The unique URL for the landing page. Use only lowercase letters, numbers, and dashes. |
Description | No | An internal description used to help manage landing pages. It is not displayed to end users, but is visible to all landing page managers. |
Selecting Next opens the Audiences dialog, where you choose who this landing page is for. You can target the entire organization using the All organization toggle, or search and select from your audience groups (such as country, department, job, segment, or site-based audiences).
The audiences available to you are governed by your access control group:
App managers typically see all audiences in the system
Landing page managers see only the audiences they are permitted to create landing pages for
Once you confirm your audience selection and select Create, the landing page is created and you are taken directly into the landing page builder.
The builder is a full-screen editing experience. A newly created landing page starts empty, prompting you to create your first section to start building your page and adding content.
Key elements of the builder:
Draft and publish — new pages start as drafts. Your changes are saved as you work, and the page goes live when you select Publish.
Device preview — preview the page in desktop, tablet, and mobile widths.
Edit section panel — selecting a section opens a panel with two tabs, Appearance and Settings, where all section configuration happens
Edit tile panel - selecting any widgets within the section opens the edit tile panel
Page settings - Landing page settings within the builder, where you can change the page details like landing page title, icon, url, description and audience visibility at any point of time while editing
All the changes we are doing in the landing page builder, gets saved automatically as draft. We are running auto save in every 30sec, so that any change you are making does not get lost.
