The SharePoint connector allows Simpplr Enterprise Search to index your Microsoft SharePoint content, making it easily discoverable and searchable directly within Simpplr, alongside all other configured sources.
With this connector, you can:
Bring SharePoint sites, files, and pages into Simpplr Enterprise Search so users can find them alongside intranet content in one place.
Configure the connector for either broad, tenant-wide access or restricted, per-site access, depending on your organization's security requirements.
Search SharePoint with permissions enforced — results are filtered to content the signed-in user already has access to in SharePoint.
Search results and AI-generated summaries from SharePoint appear alongside all other connected sources in Simpplr.

No inline preview for Excel or media files.
