Updated 17 days ago

Overview

Every employee has access to a personal newsletter archive a searchable history of all newsletters that have been sent to them. This article explains how end users can find and access their newsletter archive.

Who this is for

This article is for all Simpplr users (employees/end users) who want to find and re-read newsletters they have received.

Step 1 – Access your newsletter archive

  1. Click on your User menu (your profile avatar in the top-right corner).

  2. Select Newsletter archive from the dropdown.

Your personal archive opens, showing all newsletters that have been sent to you.

Step 2 – Search for a specific newsletter

Your newsletter archive is fully searchable.

  1. Use the search bar at the top of the archive to type keywords from the newsletter name or subject.

  2. Results will update as you type.

Step 3 – Filter your archive

In addition to searching, you can apply filters to narrow down results:

  1. Use the available filter options (e.g. by date, category, or sender) to refine your view.

  2. Select the filter criteria that match what you are looking for.

Step 4 – Open and read a newsletter

  1. Click on any newsletter in the archive to open it.

  2. The newsletter opens in your browser, displaying the full content as it was sent.

  3. If you are the sender of the newsletter, you will also see the option to cycle through past sent newsletters.

Things to keep in mind

  • New users: past newsletters sent before you joined the company will not be visible in your archive. You will only see newsletters distributed from the time you joined and going forward.

  • Archived newsletters: if a newsletter manager has archived a newsletter, it will be removed from your newsletter page. However, if you already have a direct link to it, you can still access it.

  • Mobile: you can also access your newsletter archive from the Simpplr mobile app.
