Simpplr is committed to delivering an inclusive and accessible digital experience for all users, including individuals with disabilities. Accessibility is foundational to our platform—we design with inclusivity in mind at every stage of the product lifecycle.
We align our accessibility efforts with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Levels A and AA, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These internationally recognized standards are designed to make digital content more accessible and usable for everyone.
We also strive to meet requirements outlined in the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other applicable regulations.
Accessibility is embedded directly into our product development process to ensure a seamless experience for all users, by default. Our approach includes:
Designing and coding with accessibility best practices from the start
Supporting assistive technologies (e.g., screen readers)
Enabling full keyboard navigation
Maintaining high color contrast and scalable typography
Requiring alt text in publishing workflows
Accessibility is always “on”—there are no settings to enable. Simpplr’s platform is designed to be accessible out of the box, without requiring additional configuration.
Simpplr offers a consistent and accessible experience across web, iOS, and Android, with features such as:
Screen reader support
Keyboard operability for both admins and end users
Auto-generated captions and translations
Conformance across fonts, colors, sizes, and navigation elements
The product follows standard browser and operating system keyboard behaviors. We have not added or customized any product-specific keyboard shortcuts or controls.
This means all keyboard interactions work the same way as they do across most web applications.
The following keyboard controls are available for general navigation:
Tab: Move focus to the next interactive element, such as links, buttons, or form fields.
Shift + Tab: Move focus to the previous interactive element.
Enter / Spacebar: Activate the currently focused button, link, or checkbox/radio button.
Arrow keys: Navigate within menus and lists, or adjust values in components like sliders.
Escape (Esc): Close open menus, dialogs, or pop-ups.
Behavior may vary slightly depending on the browser or operating system you are using.
Accessibility support relies on native browser and OS capabilities.
This ensures consistent and predictable keyboard navigation without introducing custom or non-standard controls.
To continuously improve our accessibility posture, Simpplr partners with Level Access, a recognized leader in digital accessibility. Through this collaboration, we:

Simpplr provides an accessible platform by design, but customers also play a critical role in ensuring accessibility. You can support inclusive experiences by:
Creating accessible content: Use alt text, captions, and accessible formats when uploading media and documents
Following best practices: Use high-contrast colors, clear language, and structured formatting
Testing third-party integrations: Ensure embedded or custom components meet accessibility standards
Accessibility is a shared responsibility—one that helps create equitable access for your entire workforce.
Our product, engineering, and design teams are committed to ongoing enhancement. We regularly test and refine Simpplr’s accessibility features in response to evolving standards and user needs.
We are actively working toward:
Strengthening WCAG 2.2 AA conformance
Introducing user preferences, accessibility tooling, and assistive capabilities
Expanding training, testing, and customer-facing resources to support accessibility at scale
