Form managers can now access uploaded files from a single place on the form results page. Instead of opening responses one by one, you can review all submitted attachments together and download files individually or in bulk. This is particularly useful for forms that collect supporting documents, proofs, onboarding files, or any other uploaded material that managers need to review in volume.
The results page now includes a dedicated Attachments tab with filtering, search, sorting, and bulk download support.
Open a published form and go to its Results page. If the form includes uploaded files, use the Attachments tab to see all files submitted through file-upload questions in one consolidated view.
From the Attachments tab, you can:
View attachments across responses in one list
Download a single file directly from its row
Download all listed attachments as one ZIP file
Filter attachments by question
Search by file name or participant email
Sort by submission date
Use pagination for large result sets
Each row in the Attachments tab includes the following:
Preview of the uploaded file
Name of the file
Email of the participant
Question the file was uploaded against
Submission date
Download action for that row
You can also use the following tools to manage the list:
All questions filter to narrow the list to a specific file-upload question
Search to find attachments by file name or user email
Sort by submission date to organize the list chronologically
Pagination and adjustable rows per page for long lists
Select Download on any row to download that specific file. The downloaded file matches the item shown in the list.
Select Download all to generate a single ZIP file containing all attachments currently included in the attachments view.
Bulk download is designed to work for high-volume forms, including forms with 100 or more attachments.
The ZIP file contains properly identifiable file names.
Repeated rapid clicks do not create duplicate ZIP downloads from a single action.
If a large file or large ZIP takes noticeable time to prepare, the experience may show loading or progress feedback while keeping the page responsive.
Access to attachments follows form results permissions. Users without permission to view form results cannot access the Attachments tab or download submitted files.
Scenario | What happens |
|---|---|
User has results access | Can open the Attachments tab and download files individually or in bulk |
User does not have results access | Cannot view the attachments list or use download actions |
Form has no uploaded files | The Attachments tab may be hidden or display an empty state message |
Attachment is corrupted or unavailable | A clear error message is shown instead of a silent failure |
Large attachment download | Download starts and completes without freezing the page or timing out under expected conditions |
Mobile or tablet view | The table remains accessible with a responsive layout or horizontal scrolling |
The Attachments tab is not visible on the results page.
What happened: The tab only appears when the form has file-upload questions with submitted files. It is also only accessible to users with form results permissions.
What to do: Confirm that file-upload responses exist and that the logged-in user has results access. If both conditions are met and the tab is still missing, refresh the page or raise a support request.
The Download all button is not generating a ZIP file.
What happened: The download may be taking longer than expected due to the volume or size of attachments involved.
What to do: Wait for any loading or progress indicator to complete before trying again. Avoid selecting the button multiple times in quick succession. If the ZIP still does not download after waiting, refresh the page and try once more. If the issue persists, raise a support request.
An error message is appearing instead of a file download.
What happened: The attachment may be corrupted or no longer available.
What to do: Check whether the original submission is still intact by opening the individual response. If the file appears missing or corrupted, raise a support request with details about the affected form and file.
Search or filters are not returning the expected results.
What happened: Search matches by file name or participant email only. If the wrong question filter is selected, results may not show the expected files.
What to do: Clear all active filters and search terms and browse the full list to confirm the attachment exists. If it does, refine the search term or adjust the question filter and try again.
Q: Who can use the Attachments tab?

Q: Can I download files one at a time?

Q: Can I download all attachments at once?
Ans: Yes. Use Download all to generate a ZIP file containing all attachments from the centralized view.
Q: Can I filter or search the attachments list?
Ans: Yes. You can filter by question, search by file name or participant email, and sort by submission date.
Q: What happens if an attachment is unavailable or corrupted?
Ans: The system shows a clear error message instead of leaving the action unresponsive.
