Overview - Oracle HCM

Updated 21 days ago

Introduction

The Oracle HCM connector allows Simpplr Enterprise Search to index learner learning assignment records from Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, making training assignments and completion status easily discoverable and searchable directly within Simpplr, alongside all other configured sources.

Oracle HCM is a cloud human capital management suite used for HR, talent, learning, and workforce processes. With this connector, you can:

  • Search learner assignment records — including course titles, descriptions— without opening Oracle HCM.

  • Search Oracle HCM learning records with permissions, filtering results to assignments for the signed-in user.

  • Search results and AI-generated summaries from Oracle HCM appear alongside all other connected sources in Simpplr.
