Simpplr Domains to Whitelist

To ensure Simpplr One works correctly in your environment, your network/security team must allow outbound access to a set of Simpplr and third‑party domains. This article lists the domains to add to your organization’s allowlist (firewall, secure web gateway, proxy, or endpoint protection solution).

The domains are grouped by:

  • Region and environment (Production vs. UAT/Sandbox)

  • Simpplr‑owned domains

  • Third‑party services used by Simpplr

  • Your own “vanity” intranet URLs

  • Optional/social/analytics providers

Note: All domains below are accessed over HTTPS (port 443) unless otherwise specified.

4. Custom tiles and additional integrations

If you create:

  • Custom HTML tiles

  • App tiles

  • URL embed tiles

You may need to allowlist additional domains based on the external services you embed (e.g., additional video providers, third‑party apps, or content sources). In those cases, add the required domains for those services according to your organization’s security policies.
