  • Use pages to outline high-level takeaways of your available benefits. 
  • Attach long-form files and brochures to pages.

Campaign Channels for Year-Round Awareness 

  • Company Newsletter: Feature a "benefits spotlight" section within your newsletter. 
  • Slack/Teams reminders: Send quick visual messages with links back to content in your intranet. 
  • Town Halls: Use 5 minutes in your town hall to showcase benefits available to employees and reinforce going to the intranet.
