How do I find the X/Twitter codes to add to the X tile on dashboard?

Note:

Because of Twitter's branding change to X, their APIs have changed. Simpplr has enabled a new feature flag for connection to Twitter. If you or anyone at your company has connected their X account to Simpplr, they will need to reconnect in Profile & settings > Edit profile & settings > External apps, or via the social campaign sharing screen. 

To get the Twitter embed code:

  1. Go to publish.twitter.com, enter your Twitter feed's url, and press enter.
  2. Select Embedded Timeline.

  3. Click set customization options if desired. This will allow you to change the layout and appearance of the feed once published on Simpplr. We recommend using this option to change your feed height to 400 before copying the code. Otherwise the feed tile will be very long once posted to Simpplr. 
  4. Click Copy Code to copy the code, then paste in the Twitter tile.
