Do I need to register in advance?
No, registration is not required to join Office Hours. However, we encourage you to fill out our intake form so we can better understand who's attending and what questions you'd like us to address during the session.
Will I receive a recording if I can't attend live?
Yes! All Office Hours sessions are recorded and made available in the "Past Office Hours Recordings" section of this page shortly after each session.
Can I bring multiple people from my organization?
Absolutely! We encourage you to invite colleagues, especially those who will be involved in your upgrade or who have questions about Simpplr One.
What if my question doesn't get answered during the session?
We do our best to answer all questions during the live Q&A. If we run out of time, we'll save the question for our next Office Hours and reach out to you directly - so fill out the intake form!
Are these sessions different from my upgrade kickoff call?
Yes. Office Hours are general educational sessions for anyone interested in Simpplr One. Your upgrade kickoff call is a dedicated, account-specific session with your Project Manager to plan your unique upgrade timeline.
Will you set up integrations or app tiles during Office Hours?
No. Office Hours are not technical support sessions. For integration setup, app tile configuration, or technical troubleshooting, please work with your Project Manager.
