Enhanced security

To ensure enhanced security, optimal performance, and compatibility with the latest mobile operating systems, we are updating the minimum supported versions for our mobile app:

  • iOS: Minimum version updated to 17

  • Android: Minimum version updated to 10

What this means for users

  • Users with devices running iOS versions below 17 or Android versions below 10 will no longer be able to download our mobile app from the App Store or Play Store after the 25.01 release.

  • Additionally, users on older operating systems will not receive any future app updates, which could lead to degraded functionality over time.
