Improvements

Core intranet

  • Users with permission (App managers and Branding managers) can now modify platform analytics colors to reflect your company's primary branding. Learn more

  • Users with permission (App managers and Branding managers) can modify alerts colors to match your company's branding. Learn more

  • Links typed or pasted into a content body will now default to your org's primary branding color.
  • App managers can now enable SMS notifications for must reads, alerts and content in the Manage > Application > Defaults menu. Learn more

  • In addition to the feature above, where App managers can enable new SMS notifications, End users can decide which SMS notifications they want to receive from the intranet in their profile settings. 
  • Topics are now searchable in global search. Learn more

Integrations

  • Users will now be notified when integration OAuth tokens are set to expire. When connecting to one of our 3rd party integrations, often times the tokens used to form the connection will expire. Until now, users were not made aware of this, resulting in a poor experience when having to reconnect. Now, a system-triggered notification will make you aware if/when any tokens are set to expire within 10 days from the 3rd party connection, and when you will need to reconnect your account. Special features

  • Recognition: Recognition-focused notifications can now be sent via email. These include:
    • You have been recognized
    • A direct report has been recognized
    • A recurring award you manage is ready to be awarded
    • Nominations for a recurring award are open
    • Nominations for a recurring award are closing

  • Employee Newsletter: Users can now attach videos made with the Native video product to their newsletter 

Mobile

  • The standalone mobile analytics dashboard for App managers (and users with Analytics permissions) has been upgraded to highlight more data. In short, this dashboard will highlight: 
    • Mobile usage overview
    • Mobile app adoption (most & least)
    • Content views on mobile
    • Content views by type on mobile
    • Mobile app usage by device type
    • Most viewed content (top 5)
    • Least viewed content (bottom 5)
    • Breakdown by department, location, segment, people category

Bug fixes

  • No employees are appearing to give an award to
  • People search displaying inaccurate results
