A new section for provisioning/deactivating users has been added to the UI

App managers receive an email if there is a failure during provisioning, de-provisioning, or syncing

The number of failed password attempts allowed has been reduced to five

App managers can now assign 'Manage Newsletter' in Add new role

Up to five Enterprise search connections can now be added in Manage > Application > Integrations > Search

Captions and transcripts can be generated for videos 

SharePoint can be selected as the file storage provider at the site level

Users with read/write permissions can change the name of a OneDrive folder or file 

Multi-language support has been added. App managers can go to Manage >Application > Setup > General to select languages to be enabled for their org. Users can change the language of their app to any of the enabled languages

 

Mobile

Improvement

Recognition hub (GA): A new section has been added to the side navigation menu, exclusively visible to those organizations where the Recognition Suite feature is enabled. This dedicated section will serve as a hub for various recognition activities, including the ability to recognize peers, nominate peers for awards, and give awards to deserving colleagues. It will provide multiple entry points to streamline and simplify the recognition process

SharePoint: Users can now search for SharePoint files from global search

Home & site tile support: More tiles are now visible and configurable on mobile

Custom filters on People listing: Users can now sort People results by custom filters

Deep link support: Users can open the mobile app from any direct link copy/pasted or shared via any third-party application

Branded hyperlinks support on mobile (GA): On mobile apps, users will see a different hyperlink color configured on the web by the Branding manager. Both external and internal hyperlinks will now reflect the new branded hyperlink color. The Branding manager can also choose the branded hyperlink color  for mobile dark mode

MAM (Mobile Access Management) Intue compatible mobile apps: Simpplr for Intune now supports Mobile Access Management (MAM) policies. Customers using Microsoft Intune can seamlessly utilize our new Android and iOS apps with enhanced security and policy management capabilities
