The highlights of this release are:
- OneDrive Integration: Simpplr's OneDrive integration allows your organization to connect its OneDrive folders directly to Simpplr. With this integration, you can attach files from OneDrive to content, feed posts, sites, and more via Simpplr. You can also search for files, upload new files to Simpplr and OneDrive, share files, and allow users to like, favorite, and share on their own Simpplr profiles.
- Google Drive Multi-domain: The Google Drive integration configuration has been simplified, and multiple domains can now be connected. Users can connect Google Drive, Google Shared Drive, and Google Calendar accounts from multiple domains to their org.
- Sentiment Check: Employees can share their feelings anonymously, and leadership teams can make informed decisions and course correct as needed. Sentiment checks are particularly useful for change initiatives and major announcements.
- Awareness Check: Awareness Checks allow content to be connected to a quiz users take to show understanding of what's being communicated. This tool helps measure the effectiveness of communication and whether key messages are understood by employees.
- Favicon Upload: Users can now upload a custom favicon as an addition to the Brand editor.
- Dashboard Tiles: Social campaigns, file tiles, and site members and followers people tiles can now be added to home and site dashboards.
- Enterprise Search: The Enterprise Search functionality allows users to connect up to five external URL-based searches to Simpplr and leverage the top nav search to get external results. The results are not displayed within Simpplr, but accessed in a new browser tab with a single click from the Simpplr global search results page.
- UKG Pro Integration: This integration will allow customers to sync people data using the UKG Pro HRIS to the Simpplr people directory, to make sure their user profiles in Simpplr are always up-to-date.
- App, site and content analytics dashboards: App, site and content analytics dashboards have been released.
- SFTP CSV user Provisioning: App managers can now provision users on an automated basis with a CSV file and SFTP location.
