How do I view the number of licenses my org has?

Proactive low-license alerts are now built in for app managers to see. When utilization reaches defined thresholds, an on-screen banner appears for app managers in the same spot as “What’s New,” and remains visible until they dismiss it. The alert fires automatically at 90%, 95%, and 99% license use (these values aren’t configurable). Each threshold triggers just once per breach and will fire again only if that level is reached later.image (3).png

As the Application manager, go to your user profile and click Manage > Account. You'll see three tabs. Choose License details to view the total number of licenses your org has.

Note:

App managers will see a banner at the top of their screen when the org reaches 90%, 95%, and 99% of their available licenses. This banner will trigger automatically upon hitting those numbers, and will only re-trigger if the numbers are hit again.

To purchase more licenses, contact your CSM or Account Manager.

  • Hi Brandie. Could you elaborate on what you mean by license type? As in active, frozen, etc? If so, as an application manager, you can go to Manage > Users and filter every user by their status, which will show you if they're active, frozen, or inactive.
